The Bee Conservancy

Design Concept:

The Bee Conservancy’s new office will be housed inside NDSU’s A. Glenn Hill Center on the third floor. This office will feel inclusive and functional with practical room finishes and several types of workspaces. ADA standards will be followed to ensure all feel that they belong here. This space will be inspiring to those working with bright bursts of color and ample natural light flowing through the several windows. High ceilings with remarkable details will capture all attention and let visitors know that this is a special, one-of-a-kind space. Sustainable materials will be used throughout the design process to eliminate one of the main threats to bees. Utilizing this existing building also lives out another main goal of saving the bees. Walking into this oasis of creativity and peace will make protecting the bees feel like it is your true calling.
