Up North Boutique

Design Concept:

Up North Home + Outdoor will be located inside the Stop and Go Center on University Drive in Fargo. This is an ideal location near the Fargo Dome and North Dakota State University. Up North boutique will support the NDSU Bison while keeping an iconic, welcoming, and rustic feel. Natural finishes and textures will be utilized to keep visitors feeling at home. Hints of the North Dakota plains will be shown throughout the space with wallcoverings that resemble prairie grasses.

The NDSU Bison colors will be present and prominent in the boutique to remind shoppers who they are supporting. Soft greens and yellows will cover the furnishings and finishes, and sustainable and reclaimed materials will be included to maintain sustainability. ADA standards will be followed to ensure all visitors will be able to shop comfortably. When a customer comes into the boutique, they will see beautiful arches with soft lighting and a custom display fixture that is front and center. As shoppers walk through the store, they will feel a sense of community through the mingling spaces, soft finishes, and friendly faces.
